Trek Deck Buying Guide: Find Your Fit
Adventure Solutions • Fitment first
Find the Trek Deck for your drawers.
Your DECKED drawer generation comes first. Then, if you have V2 drawers, choose full-size or midsize. Finish by adding only the water setup you need.
A two-burner stove is included with each Trek Deck below. You do not need to add a separate stove.
1. Find your fit / 2. Choose your water setup / 3. Check before ordering
1. Start with your DECKED drawer system
Choose by the drawer system installed in your truck, not the truck model year alone. These visual clues can help you identify it:
- Legacy / Gen 1: a bottle opener between the drawers and enclosed areas beside them. A midsize Legacy system has a large drawer and a small drawer.
- V2 full-size: two drawers with open side areas, also called pass-throughs.
- V2 midsize: one large drawer.
If those details do not clearly match your setup, ask us to verify fit before ordering.
Original drawer system
Legacy / Gen 1
Fits: both full-size and midsize Legacy DECKED drawer systems.
Included: stove mount panel, two-burner stove with cover, removable cutting board, two cupholders, and a propane hose.
Water setup: optional Legacy Sink Mod.
V2 Full Size
Fits: DECKED V2 full-size drawer systems only.
Included: stove mount panel, two-burner stove with cover, removable cutting board, two cupholders, and a propane hose.
Water setup: optional V2 Full Size Sink Mod.
V2 Midsize
Fits: DECKED V2 midsize drawer systems only.
Core equipment: midsize stove mount panel, two-burner stove with cover, removable cutting board, and a propane hose.
Water setup: choose a configuration on the Midsize product page. See the options below.
2. Choose your water setup
For Legacy or V2 Full Size
Add a Sink Mod only if you want a sink alongside your Trek Deck. Choose the version that matches your drawer generation:
Each Sink Mod includes an HDPE panel and collapsible sink. Dometic GO 11L jug and faucet options are available on the product page. If you already own the water equipment, select the “No I've already got my own” option instead of buying it again.
For V2 Midsize
The Standard layout has two cupholders. The Dometic hydration layout replaces the second cupholder with a mounting point for the Dometic faucet. Choose your layout and water equipment within the Midsize Trek Deck listing:
- Standard Configuration (Dual Cupholder): comes with two cupholders.
- Complete Hydration System. I've got my own jug and faucet: start here if you already have a jug and faucet. Ask us to confirm your equipment works with the setup.
- Complete Hydration System with jug and faucet: adds a Dometic GO Hydration Faucet and 11L jug. Choose Ash / grey, Glacier / blue or Slate / black.
The Midsize hydration layout uses a collapsible sink in the same slot as the cutting board. Do not add a Legacy or V2 Full Size Sink Mod to a Midsize order.
Keep the add-ons useful
- Skip a second stove: one is already included with the Trek Deck.
- Skip duplicate water gear: the jug-and-faucet Midsize hydration configurations can already include both if selected.
- Add another cutting board only if you want a spare: Trek Decks already include a removable board. The Stand Alone Cutting Board is an optional extra cutting board for separate prep space, not a required purchase. This cutting board will not mount on the drawers like the Trek Deck Cutting Board.
3. Check your choice before ordering
- Confirm Legacy / Gen 1 or V2 from your actual DECKED system.
- For V2, confirm full-size or midsize. Those two Trek Decks are not interchangeable.
- Check the selected configuration, included water equipment and any Sink Mod generation.
- Review current price and availability on the product page. If your trip has a deadline, ask us about timing before ordering.
Does my truck's model year tell me which one to buy?
Not on its own. Your installed DECKED drawer generation and size determine which Trek Deck to choose. If you are unsure, send your truck year, make, model and bed length, plus a photo of the drawers and any DECKED model label.
What should I know about installation and propane?
Follow the instructions supplied with your Trek Deck and stove. Confirm your propane tank, hose and regulator setup before use. Keep the tank outside and upright as directed, and keep flammable or heat-sensitive items away from the stove, including underneath it while cooking.
Still not sure? Let us check.
Send a photo of your drawer system and tell us which Trek Deck or water setup you are considering. We can help you identify the right option before you order.
